Waking up with foot pain? Hurts to take the first couple of steps in the morning? Pain in or out of shoes? Foot pain can be one of the harshest types of pain and a big roadblock in people’s lives.
How does foot pain start?
Each foot is made up of 26 bones, 30 joints and more than 100 muscles, ligaments, and tendons. They all work together to provide your foot strength, support and function in every activity. The feet are complex anatomically and even more complex during movement!
Foot pain can start from a variety of things. Ranging from trauma, poor footwear, muscle and joint dysfunction, overuse and incorrect walking or running techniques.
